We provide high-quality, accredited training for individuals, teams, and organisations across the region β from First Aid at Work to advanced pre-hospital care such as FREC 3 and FREC 4.

Located in the heart of the Dulais Valley, our Seven Sisters training facility is fully equipped for classroom and scenario-based learning.
With modern resources, simulation equipment, and dedicated training spaces, we create a realistic, hands-on environment to help every learner gain confidence and competence.
